It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas (2011 edition, part four)
This year’s Christkindlmarkt is being assembled in Daley Plaza. Everything from the candle-powered wonders of Christmas World to the schnitzel hut to Santa’s photo booth is being put together to delight and entertain.
If you’re ever stuck for a Christmas gift, especially for an old lady, it’s a great place to find inspiration.
This is the 16th year for the market, which runs from November 23rd to Christmas Eve. It used to be held in both Daley Plaza and the vacant lot across the street that is now a shopping mall. It was better when it was bigger, but is still worth visiting.
